ALMOND MILK RECIPE


People often ask "What brand is the healthiest almond milk?" I am hear to tell you the answer. Home made! No artificial sugars, no artificial colors, pure, clean and delicious.

1) Soak almonds in purified water for 12 - 24 hours

2) Place 1 cup of almonds in a blender (or food processer) with 1 cup of fresh, purified water

3) Add 2 tablespoons of agave nectar

4) Add one tablespoon of cinnamon

5) Blend on high until watery.

6) Add two tablespoons of chia seeds to thicken consistency

7) Allow chia seeds to soak for 5-10 minutes

8) Process one final time


Finito. Enjoy.
